These 12 interregional projects gather 26 SMEs from 9 European regions. They will benefit from our innovation support programme from March 2024 to September 2025.

About this project
A Healthier Tomorrow” is a project designed to merge Lifesify’s digital mental health tools with En Frisk Generation’s community health programs, targeting children and families in socio-economically disadvantaged areas. The solution offers interactive tools for physical activity, nutritional education, tailored mental health support, and strategies for parental involvement.
2. Accelerated preventive elderly care and increased quality of life

About this project
Our solution matches the perceived quality of life, from the point of view of older persons, with data collected from their real home environments to support both the individuals’ quality of life and increase the quality of home care services. We collect individual assessments about the quality of life through digital questionnaire filled in by older persons QALY and Remote tracking of daily activities, vital functions and fall accidents through radar-based sensor technology in homes.

A decentralized, federated, secure approach for AFib screening, using commodity devices (smartphones), leveraging AI in a secure, cost-effective way and empowering patients to self-monitor patients receive alerts and care recommendations, active prevention of disease deterioration, prediction of hospitalization episodes.

Our solution centres on an immersive room based on VR/motion-sensing technologies and interactive lighting projections. This innovative space incorporates gamified rehabilitation exercises within an immersive environment. These exercises can be experienced through floor and wall projections or in full immersion using a virtual reality headset.

SmartClipsTM and BrainOnTrack® combined to a digital solution for healthcare professionals and patients to improve and monitor physical and cognitive function.
6. Impacting Post Stroke

About this project
A patented solution that allows to conduct vergence training while the user/patient watches streaming content with mobile VR-glasses and mobile app. This will open the training for broader groups since the user/patient will not have to pay, handle languages, leverage existing VR-hardware and treat all typical vergence problems. It is so easy to use that anyone can use it.
7. Magic Trailz

About this project
Innovative outdoor treasure hunt application, using geo-caching and AR technology for an engaging experience. It promotes physical activity, family togetherness, and mental well-being with unique stories based on local events and culture, designing with local organisations.
8. MoVR

Our solution is MoVR, a gamified VR sports training environment for school students. Our goal is to improve the motor skills and sports proficiency of students. In addition, we want our solution to help schools and sports clubs by giving inventive ways to exercise and get kids interested in sports.

10. Robin Assistant

About this project
Robin introduces an innovative digital solution designed to significantly enhance the quality of life for patients receiving palliative care at home. Robin Assistant is an innovative assistive software solution that allows caregivers to set up and plan daily activities for the individuals they care for in significantly less time and provides step-by-step guidance during the execution of these activities, resulting in substantial time savings (total time saved: 60-80%). Simultaneously, Robin aids individuals with brain impairments in performing these activities by offering step-by-step instructions through images, text, and audio in their preferred language, promoting higher levels of independence and stimulating cognitive activity, which is crucial for our target group.

About this project
Our solution is based on a scientifically proven method (Pedatim) developed in a software and displayed on a touchscreen for structured instructions visible to the patient, promoting interaction and responsibility. Additionally, a novel smart ball (PALL0) acts like a “Tamagotchi,” reminding and measuring exercises, providing instant feedback. Achieving daily exercise goals earns rewards on the touchscreen and the ball. This addresses the market’s demand for an engaging, user-friendly rehabilitation alternative for patients performing exercises alone. This can reduce one hospital day per patient.

TwinRehab tackles the challenge through an innovative home-based prehabilitation program. We integrate cutting-edge digital twin technology and tele rehabilitation. Users are engaged in effective exercises, receive real-time feedback, and experience gamified elements to enhance motivation. Clinical validation ensures efficacy, while our user-friendly app ensures seamless adherence. TwinRehab empowers individuals to proactively prepare for surgery.
